As such, security and access are critical drivers of the love guests develop for the Sonder brand. From technology-enabled front desks in larger properties to our lobby on a phone, we want to delight our arriving guests and ensure secure property access, all while complying with local regulations in our markets worldwide. Deploying this experience to our new and existing properties requires a significant degree of coordination, planning, training, testing, data analysis, and stakeholder management. We are looking for a Sr. Program Manager to work closely with product management, engineering, real estate, vendors, legal / compliance, and hospitality operations to ensure smooth deployment of the best access and security experience in the industry. AT SONDER YOU WILL:
Own commercial relationships with access technology vendors, including standards definition and monitoring, relationship management, and solicitation of feedback Define and own programs to deploy access technology to our properties around the world, including project management, risk management, and troubleshooting Drive training material development, delivery, and quality for access technology rollouts to our local market operations teams Work closely with product and engineering leadership to collect and analyze customer, staff and vendor feedback to drive our access technology strategy Collaborate with our international and domestic market operations teams to ensure that our system adhere to local regulations and address local customer expectations Develop, measure, and share key metrics and results for security and access operations and technology to drive continuous operational and technology improvements Work with our local market operations teams to define, optimize, and scale access processes and procedures WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
A high-performing project / program manager with 5
years of experience leading complex initiatives across business functions A born organizer, comfortable navigating the details and able to structure ambiguity to focus on the most important issues at all times A data native, able to find, structure, and analyze data to improve operations and drive change A customer advocate, able to use data, feedback, and empathy to advocate on behalf of customers to technologists, vendors, and operations personnel A skilled motivator, with experience navigating internal and external stakeholder groups to align many people on a common goal A fast-mover, with a strong track record of quick execution and high impact A growth-enabler, with experience scaling operations rapidly with technology A seasoned professional with a Bachelor's degree in management or business, or equivalent experience Bonus Points Experience in hospitality or travel tech preferred Experience with vendor management or procurement a plus We also have great benefits to make your life easier so you can focus on what you're best at:

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
