Principal Hardware Quality Engineer (On Site)

Raytheon Intelligence & Space (RI&S) has an exciting, new opportunity for a Sr. Hardware Quality Engineer (HQE) at our Forest, MSlocation. The Sr. HQE will provide quality engineering support and expertise to RI&S to ensure compliance with contractual, company, and regulatory requirements. Additional roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Provide education and knowledge on the use of quality tools in the administration of the Quality System Apply quality engineering skills to develop and deploy effective and efficient methods for verifying and accepting processes and products, including the use of quantitative and qualitative tools Utilize analytical tools and methods to:
improve product design, minimize inspection, solve fabrication problems Complete such specialized quality functions as data preparation, analyses, and reporting Develop techniques and methods Support process improvements Complete special investigations and audits Take preventative and corrective actions Audit manufacturing and test data for Quality System requirements Support design reviews to ensure quality is engineered into the product Develop product acceptance techniques and plans. U.S. Citizenship required, as the candidate must have the ability to obtain a U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance within first year of start date. Required Skills Minimum of 8 years related professional experience in Engineering, Quality and/or Manufacturing Ability to lead cross-functional teams in failure analysis, root cause analysis, corrective, and preventive actions Experience with project/program bid and proposal development Experience with project management and risk and opportunity management Experience with AS9100 Quality Management Systems or equivalent Experience with Six Sigma methodology and tools such as lean manufacturing, diagnostic, process optimization and continuous improvement Experience with microelectronic fab, manufacturing and assembly Experience with metrology, measurement tools and practices Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills Knowledge and application of business acumen Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Must be able to travel as required to support external customers and suppliers Desired Skills Experience working with external suppliers and mechanical inspection techniques Experience in supporting design and manufacturing processes and can work within a cross-functional team environment Hands on use of statistical process controls for process monitoring, qualification and/or design feedback Familiar with Lean Manufacturing concepts such as Design for Manufacturing and Affordability (DFMA), Input-output diagrams, and Statistical Process Control (SPC) Ability to manage and develop balanced supplier relationships built on partnerships and required performance Ability to effectively juggle multiple tasks and priorities. Ability to collaborate and team with multiple internal functions and external organizations to provide best value solutions to our customers Education Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations. Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
